SUN RUN expo
& INDIVIDUAL race package pick-up
Join us at Vancouver Convention Centre East to collect your race day package and visit the many sponsor booths onsite to see what’s new in running fashion & accessories. Plus, sample the many diverse sponsor products available!
The Vancouver Sun Run Expo & Individual Race Package Pick-Up will be located at the Vancouver Convention Centre East (999 Canada Place, Vancouver), East Exhibition Hall A during the following days and times:
- Friday, April 19, 2024: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Saturday, April 20, 2024: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Race Package Pick-Up
Those registered in the Individual 10K and EVA Air 2.5K Mini Sun Run MUST pick-up their race package at the Sun Run Expo.
Individual 10K – Your package will consist of a souvenir technical shirt and race bib number with timing tag.
EVA Air 2.5K Mini Sun Run – Your package will consist of a souvenir technical or cotton shirt and a race bib (non-timed).
If you’re unable to pick-up your package, you can assign someone to pick it up for you. Please give that person your bib number to expedite the pick-up process – nothing else is needed.
For out-of-town participants (must be from outside Lower Mainland) you may arrange to pick-up on race morning, please email us.
Virtual Experience Participants – your race package (souvenir technical shirt and race bib only, please note there is no medal) will be mailed to you directly as part of your registration fee. You should receive this sometime during race week, April 15-18, 2024.
Team Members – please pick up your race package (tech shirt and race bib with timing tag) from your team captain.

Individual 10K – BEFORE going to the Vancouver Sun Run Expo to pick up your Tech Shirt and Race Bib (which includes your timing tag), we recommend you go online to confirm your registration and look up your Bib Number to avoid long line-ups. The “Bib Look Up/Results” will be available starting 8am on Friday, April 19, 2024.
EVA AIR 2.5K Mini Sun Run – this race is NOT an officially timed event, so the Race Bib Number Look Up does not apply. Please go directly to the EVA AIR 2.5K Mini Sun Run Booth inside Vancouver Convention Centre East during the Sun Run Expo times to pick up your race package. Note that there is NO RACE DAY Package Pickup for this category so you must pick-up during Sun Run Expo dates.
